If you lose so many times in a row you gotta laugh, otherwise you'd cry, right?

Here's my favourite radio thing.

I think origin means the first place the player registered with the league, not where they were born.

Great song and video all the same. Perhaps the rule needs to be changed as its not exactly right the way it is now. You could get an All Black or Springbok who registers with the NSW or Queensland league and all of a sudden they pop up in the state of origin.

Yeah, but really, who cares. Rugby league is a dying code. How can any "big" football code claim any sort of relevance when a good crowd is 10000 people.....in SYDNEY ffs. League is going the same way as basketball

Nah, doesn't explain EVERYTHING!!. Yes, Australian rules is a better game. But that's beside the point. If League can't interest more people to go to the games then it will die.....nothing is surer. And second level Aust. rules comps, like SANFL and WAFL draw bigger crowds. The once mighty Channel nine is now a joke and how long before the sponsors look elsewhere.

you guys are in denial. When's your next bidding war for TV rights and how much do y'all reckon Channel 9 is going to offer. Players salaries will reduce and lots of previously well played pros will be looking to the AFL.
