At the risk of being completely pigeonholed a Greene just wanted to ask if anyone has seen the movie the Cove

Today sadly marks the start of the killing season for Dolphins in Taiji Japan

As ocean lovers (i say that as i think most surfers would be) if you haven't seen it, get a copy and watch it and then you can say if you feel the same

12 boats left this morning for the first time this year but luckily returned empty handed.

Yes, the killing of whales and dolphins needs to be reduced. Thankfully, the killing is probably roughly at a sustainable level at least. As far as I know, every species of whale has bounced back from the brink... the dark era for whaling 1850's-1960's...

I think only 1 dolphin species vanished... Was it the Mekong River Dolphin, or similar... From memory one of the big challenges was seeing them in the mucky water!

Japanese and Faroese people will argue that "we" kill cows, they kill whales...

Personally, I think the entire world needs some over-arhcing laws, like a 1 child policy. People are the primary problem in this world...

Take a walk around Seaworld, and look at the people. Some people just shouldn't be allowed to breed!

Steady on, I thinking more along the lines of a quick snip... a fairly simple day procedure I think!
