The Bureau of Meteorology are predicting more cyclones and La Nina again. Looks like another crap summer

I put more stock in Voodoo than the BOM reports....... don't worry. She'll be right mate.

"La Myarse" more likely, they can't predict whats going to happen next week yet alone next year

I find the BOM reports, especially the marine forecast, to be accurate to the hour. Seabreeze for a general idea and a chat, BOM for the exact time to go for a sail.

And the prediction seems about right. Colder than usual western pacific, you cna measure that with these new fangled things called thermometers, = La Nina = What happens every time we get La Nina conditions.

It is a change in ocean temps that occurs about every 5 years so I would say it is quite predictable like Panda says, not hard to use a thermometer

All they are saying is last year's La Nina was very strong and this year there is some residual La Nina pattern so it is not like they are saying Christmas day will be 36.2degrees
