Stars Johnathan Lapaglia who made it big in the U.S. and Alex Dimetriades who was really good in the Wild Side series with Tony Martin.

Anybody been watching it. There are six episodes up on the site but when the last episode goes up they will probably disappear after a couple of weeks.

Right on Cisco, Log lady was very keen on the show . I started thinking this is going nowhere but I'm totally sucked in. Mind you, Oscar deserved the slap a little less than his **** head mum

I liked the first episode about Hector, and the episode on the old Greek grandad (thought he wouldn't touch a young a womens breast ever again)

The character played by alex demitriades could be the next ari gold on entourage, great acting

It was very funny and true what the Greek grandad said about God when he woke up in the morning with a hard -on

I only saw the scene where the kid got slapped.
Definitely deserved the slap...but more than that, the kids parents deserved a severe bollocking for raising such a little 5hit.

i know this is a cliche, but although the tv series is good, the book is a lot better. it's written by chris tsiolkas and i think he may have written the screenplay for the series too.

I am just curious as to when this series was actually filmed.

Jonathan Lapaglia looks a lot younger than he does in that American "Missing Persons" show he was in. Has he had a nose job since??

It is very hard to date the show from cars in the background because 99% of it is filmed indoors.

I think the credits at the end of each episode show a 2010 or 2011 date, but maybe that is just the release date and it was filmed some years ago and kept under wraps till now.

Certainly the multicultural make up of the show is quite contemporary.

Any ideas anybody??
