If I lose my job and forced to reskill again, I am going to open up a Chicken and Chips shop in Elizabeth.

Sorry, but that's not thinking big.

Why not invent your own currency, like the Chick Dollar, redeemable against Chicken and Chips... all you have to do is print it and lend it out to people, then they have to pay you back + some random interest.

I reckon the ATO will get a bit sniffy with Chick Dollar economy. Chicken and Chips is climate proof, recession proof. The tax dept loves it too. It will be a 45 degrees at 5pm, and there will still be a big queue outside my local (how could anyone eat greasy food in 45C ?.. my stomach churns just thinking about it). It is so successful, they only need to trade until 7pm. Then they shut shop and give the Fasta Pasta and Indian joint a chance to trade. It's genius.

Shame it would not in QLD to many clowns can not even understand the difference between browsing lane and drive thru lane in our bottle o's. Every pucker parks their car regardless.

A mate of mine in the NT almost bought a winner,
bottleshop/fireworks/burgerjoint- supposedly with a knock shop next door.

How could you not make a killing with a combination like that!

His missus put the kybosh on the deal though- he reckons she wouldnt trust him near the fireworks
