Not sure if you realise this, but you have a huge user group that you may not be aware of. They are the remote control pilots. Us guys are always checking out sea-breeze to find a morning that will be wind free, and there are a lot of us!
Of course, since I sail as well, I have the perfect predicamant. Windy - go sailing, no wind - go RC flying. And on those iffy 10 knot days...well I guess the lawn has to be mowed some time. 
Sounds like the perfect activity for NSW though doing it for 100 days straight may get a bit boring.
