I ended it saying I was an idiot for breaking my 'no contact' rule after deleting every way of contacting her. Then told her Im just gonna salvage what dignity I have left, wish her all the best and thats that...
Sorry if Im painting out woman in a bad light I almost feel as if she texted me solely to wrestle back control into her hands and looks like Seabreeze is my preferred venting space atm haha... Tomorow cannot come any faster so I can head out for a surf and clear my mind!

She breaks up with you and then gets angry (how I read it) that you were trying to get over it in, quite frankly, an admirable fashion. That's the only way to do it, like a band-aid, right off!
The thing with events in life is you'll never know if it was a favourable event or not until you look at it in retrospect. We've all had situations that looked bad while we were in them but later looked back and thought that it was actually really favourable.
