You left out the acetone, silica and secret stuff in the top coat!
The ingredient list reads much like the recipe of some of the explosives I have worked with over the years!
As for carcinogens- the fumes wouldnt be much fun...........might not cause cancer, but you might just develop glow in the dark mushrooms on your liver

Apparently the funky music has something to do with the process...apparently the molecules of what ever get into a bit of a dancing frenzy and refused to stick...thats what I was told anyways.....haha
