I have tried several times over the last few days to upload photos without success.

I click photos/section/upload/select but the search box fails to open.

Is this a Seabreeze problem or a problem with my computer. This is a recent problem for me and I have not changed any of the security settings on my computer.

Unfortunately, despite having provided a separate computer networked to my ADSL modem for my two offspring (17 yo girl power freak and a 12 yo overly testosteroned "whatever" sayer) they continue to buggerise on my computer. So it is very possible my ultimately reliable, 3 1/2 yo Dell Dimension E520 with fully updated Win XP Home has been compromised.

Can you please tell me Laurie whether your web site has a problem or not, or whether my files need to be backed up, my OS frigged off the HDD with Kill Disk and reloaded, reupdated and fine tuned for my continued internet enjoyment of the "Ultimate Wind Powered Web Site" Seabreeze.com.au ?

I Hereby absolve you from any any liability, financial or otherwise that may result from my following of any of your advices.

Just tell me whether the problem is yours, or mine with my unloveable offspring.

What happened to "Honour thy Father and Thy Mother"??

well I've just tried and it opens for me. But I used to have this problem with firefox in Linux.
Back then you could type in the file path to the pic, but that doesn't seem possible now.

Works fine by me. I usd have an issue with IE6 at work where the button on the screen was not ovrlayed on the active part of teh screen, so to click upload I had to have the cursor to the right of the button. No probs with IE7 though.

Thanks for that. The computer has never had a serious crash since day one but I think it could still benefit from a format and reload.

All seems ok, sounds like a local problem on your computer?

You need to make sure your Javascript is enabled (look under options), using a recent version of Internet Explorer (i.e. 6.0 +), Firefox (3.0 +), Safari etc..

Try refreshing the page by holding down control while you click the refresh butoon...

Hope these help...

I am using "The World Browser" which runs on the Internet Explorer Engine. Java has always been enabled under Internet Options.

I have just installed the latest Java Update and then I have just uploaded a pic.

Hopefully that is "problem solved" for at least a little while. Thanks all.
