So you bought an environmentally sustainable real Christmas tree, but need to find a useful way to dispose of it now that it is January.
How about turning it in to a rocket? (isn't that an obvious use
)
Put a stamp on it and send it to Macroscien. They can then be used for :
Sticking in the sand for slalom training
Weaving the needles into a nano mesh for the outer layer of an OEM board
Composting to produce methane to power a catamaran
Burning to power a steam turbine to charge some EV batteries
Tossing into the ocean to mop up all the fishing line that is floating around
Drying and then smoking / snorting / injecting
When we were kids we would drag it into the middle of the street and light it on fire, very eye opening, all the needles burn off in about 3 seconds and flames shoot 6 meters in the air.
Almost as much fun as setting a mattress onto a bonfire.
Surely the plastic Xmas tree I have which should last 50 years is better then the 50 'environmentally sustainable' trees which are cut down over the same period. ![]()
