There was a thread on here a long while back. A number of people recommended a certain, swiss sounding brand's multivitamins.

Out of curiosity I bought some. I take maximum three a week, usually just one or two a week.

Just wanted to say that, um, I see colours better. This was the first thing I noticed, and it's pretty damn obvious. Subjectively I'd say 25% better, it's borderline psychedelic. Walking to work this morning through all the spring flowers and such, deep blue sky ...well, it was beautiful. Objectively it's like adding 5% saturation in Photoshop. At least.

So, um, yeah. They do something. General zest is better too. More energy and such but it's hard to compare energy levels, unlike the vision.

What else should I try?

On a somewhat related note I recommend Hiit:

They are a perfectly legal way to extract money and the TGA would not allow scammers - right?

Dr Michael Moseley was on the radio this week talking about the 5-2 Eating regime (it's not a diet) & its benefits.
Podcast here:
mpegmedia.abc.net.au/local/sydney/201309/r1174948_14965551.mp3

He also mentioned high intensity interval training (HIIT) & how tests have shown it to be more beneficial than long sustained exercise.

I get my HIIT windsurfing & it is so much fun, & cycling.

I'd give some LSD a try. Got the whole hog and have a microdot that'll make you appreciate colours.

As for energy ummmmmm maybe blast into a bit of cocaine that'll wake you up, might make you a bit chatty and at one with others too.

There are a lot of people who don't absorb VitB well and if really using a lot of energy in sport a supplement can help a lot.
Also if you drink alcohol daily you will not be getting B1 properly.

I was taking the Swisse ones and they did make me feel more energetic, and yes a do drink alcohol daily. Recently I swapped to some ones at Coles that were like $7 or something for a huge tub and they seem to be even better!

Berroca before going to sleep helps prevent a hangover. Heaps of B vitamins.
Plus a greasy breakfast and no coffee the next day.
Source: I used to drink a lot. On weeknights. Holly Black's in Melbourne is open until very, very late/early.

I also find the Gatorade to be very beneficial after training. If I don't have one I put the kids to bed and while being read a story fall asleep myself. There is the same amount of salt in a pack of peanuts but somehow it doesn't work nearly as well?

I found the microdots to be very smooth, mushies very unpredictable with the dosage (and what about those blue meanies?!). Computer Graphics were ...the funniest, triple-layered things I've ever had in my life. I once pleaded for an ambulance I was in that much pain from laughing and couldn't stop.
Yeah, I've done a few (massive understatement). : \

Usana vitamins and that? I heard that are really good, but that was from friends that are selling them so, you know, I can hardly trust them...
