There is some merit in the legalisation of drugs so you can control them and break the link between drugs and criminals.
However, if you define yourself by your choice of recreational drugs then you're f'cked to start with. Get a grip. Get a life. There's far better ways to get your jollies than to excessively fill your brain, lungs, liver, gut with sh't. On a scale of 1-10 then drugs and alcohol rate about 0.5 on the fun scale.
BTW. I am a bit pissed off today with piss heads in general and young people in particular. Some lads decided they had had enough fun watching the kiteboarders and drinking so they chucked their empties into the water or smashed them on the rocks. They were immediately surrounded by several very big, very angry kiters who made them pick up every piece of broken glass in the area. No threats. No violence. Just an uncompromising message that this sh't would not be tolerated.
After kiting I picked up over a dozen empties and put them in the bin. I was a dumbsh't as anyone else when I was a kid but we never trashed the beach or broke bottles.
