The pink seaweed in Vicco is the best one to eat... Pink Seaweed occurs year round, but it is rarer in Winter...

The green sea lettuce is also very nice...




Yum... looking at 'the pink' makes my mouth water! It's a truely beautiful seaweed... Easy on the eye, easy on the taste buds!

Have you tried these weeds Simondo ???? I hope you didn't pick them in the Marine Park....

Pick them!?
They wash up on the beach, or you can pluck them from the line-up some days... mid surf snack! Yum!

If on the beach, the pink one needs a rinse... just to make sure you get the grit washed out from those fine leaves...

I wouldn't eat that if I were you. Looks very similar to what I threw up in a heavy swell a few years ago.
