Today is day one of the "offs"
Never been fitter on account of all winter training regime.
So amped for this season my heart rate increases when I think of it.

I got the chance to go on an ocean cruise. Better than free, THEY PAY ME TO GO.
Eight blissful weeks of sunshine in the tropics.
