I would like to share an experience with you all, about drinking and driving.
As you well know, some of us have been known to have had brushes with the
authorities on our way home from the odd social session over the years.
A couple of nights ago, I was out for a few drinks with some friends and had
a few too many beers and some rather nice port.
Knowing full well I may have been slightly over the limit, I did something
I've never done before - I took a bus home.
I arrived home safely and without incident, which was a real surprise, as I
have never driven a bus before and am not sure where I got it from!
Have a safe & merry x-mas.....

Reminds me of Paddy and Mick leaving the pub really late and staggering to the bus stop only to find it was too late and no buses were running at that hour. They could not find a taxi, so they decide to break into the bus depot and steal a bus.

Paddy goes in to the yard while Mick keeps a look-out

Paddy has been gone for about 20mins so Mick yells out "Hey what are you doing, hurry up!!!"

Mick yells back "I can't find the 106"

Paddy - "Oh ya idiot don't worry about that, just steal the 99 and we'll have to walk the last 500yards from the corner"
