15 yo boy throws eggs at a house , woman comes out , boy stabs woman in chest she dies .
The judge say's " he would have been just a normal 15 yo naughty boy if it wasn't for the knife "
Is this the precursor to a soft sentence , we shall see ?
If this kid gets off Scott free , what message does this send to him , his mates and other normal 15 yo boys carrying conceld weapons around town ?
Lock up the little mungrel and teach him a minimum 10 year lesson !!!!!!
Then make him do service for the affected family , at their discretion .
The judge doesn't seem to know wrong from right, he ought to be removed imeadiately and the kid should go to re-trial
yes and the batman massacre man would have only been a normal man with out the high powered weapons...
