For those who can remember this far back here is some classic windsurfing video from 1978 (pre 1980's seems to be rare). Just love the opening statement "A brisk wind beckons..".

Just loved the freestyle moves...



Give me a long boom and pin head storm sail with no battens any day...On second thoughts maybe not!

2 on a board: I was giving a ride to some chick this very weekend. Tried to convince her to climb on my shoulders - she thought I was crazy. We left it at that.

6:54: the railride inside the boom. Probably the most difficult move in there. I've seen very many try it in comps and waste their time - and fall. Difficult because you cannot sheet and correct sail angle from that position. The other moves are fairly stock, although well executed.
