Recently purchased Panasonic ft-2 waterproof camera and after taking it out the other day sailing had the problem of water droplets on lens. Any recommendations on how to avoid this..

Rain-x wind sheld cleaner wipe it on and let it dry it's pretty much the same stuff that oakly sends out with their water sport glasses

Was wondering the same question. Am getting an FT2 shortly but have to wait until my chubby goes down before I can go into the shop.

hey red,
it sounds a bit organic but in the past, I have used apple on the outside of the lens.
You rub it on and then dunk the camera. The acid in the apple makes the warer dissipate. I read a bout it and thought it was bull**** but when I was a sandy point last year, I gave it a try on the zi8 HDV cameras and it worked... Fair dinkum!
The nice thing is it also provides a snack when you are a k down the run at Sandy Point!!
