As unofficial spokesman for the webmaster (since he is off sailing at the moment, or having lunch, or picking his nose maybe,..) let me answer your post.
Croatia is not specifically mentioned as it is expected that you will just list your place of origin as Yugoslavia, since it is a well known fact that you all get on so swimmingly well together with never a cross word between you, so you should be perfectly happy to be known collectively as 'Yugoslavians'.
We had the same comment from the Pope when he went to register and found that the Vatican was also not specifically mentioned. We advised that he could just register as an Italian, but he seemed to think he was a German or something. (I don't really remember now cos it was a long time ago and since he is infallible it was difficult to argue against him in a convincing manner. He just kept whipping out his trump card (I'm infallible you know!) every time we thought we were getting somewhere. )
Anyway,.. where was I? Oh yes. You're a Yugoslavian so get used to it.
