the end of the tour, I'm feeling weary, what a terrific race and comeback, shame about the mechanical failure for Cadel, can't believe all the fanatical onlookers and the potential security risks the riders endure

It has been an awesome tour with riders doing things unheard of in modern day team races.
Cadel stormed his way to his position the guy is a machine.
I'm knackered watching them.

Tonight is make or break. 57 seconds to gain on a time trial, which is possibly his strongest discipline. Win or lose he's a legend!!!!!

On previous tours it looked like just that, a bunch of guys out on a tour. Except for the odd attack it looked like they were out for a sunday pedal.

This year it looks like full on racing from the beginning.

Allez Cadel

Should come down to seconds in it tonight, incredible after such a long event

He's like a big diesel engine, just powers on
They all looked hammered after the Huez

I dunno about the drug thing.
My neighbour pointed out that "you don't put a needle in a donkey and get a Melbourne cup winner"
I think there are a few cheats out there as with every sport but i believe Cadel is drug free.
Aldo Sassi his last coach who is now deceased pushed Cadel to do the Tour and was total anti drug. He has had a huge influence over Cadel.

Anyway i say congrats. Its a huge win I feel totally stoked for Cadel he really is leading the charge for Aussie cycling.

That's what I meant. I think it is relatively drug free this year.
