Been spending between 3 to 8 hrs a week in a wetsuit (standing up windsurfing).
The day after a session i break out in a red and very itchy rash over my back and chest. If I don't go in the water for a few days, it clears up.
Any suggestions in how to clear it up or avoid it, (besides not using the wettie)?
Booked in to see the skin Dr but have to wait 10 days to get in.

I've never had that happen to me. Try wearing a rashie under your wettie. That way you could eliminate or confirm the wetsuit is the problem.

Try urinating in your wettie whilst standing, not lying down.
Then the rash is only on your legs and more tolerable

i had dermatitis for 12 years and dermatologists and doctors never could fix it they told me to leave my job.
When i started windsurfing withing 3 months it was cured.
Strange is the skin mate?

Somthing is irritating it could be sensativity to the wetsuite ? salt rash mabe.

Might also be worth washing your wetsuit.
