sold two kites and still selling one more.
bought three kites and a board, three kites were not as advertised 1 x 2007 not 2006 and 2 x 2007 not 2008

really no genuine offers? Surprising, but it's a different market i spose.

hi happy,

i bought stuff on sb before.. two times... been very happy with both deals. Especially the first one... was a brand new item but half price than in shops... very happy.

Could it be that it's a mis-matched audience issue... I'm not sure how many people know that you can advertise/find boats on SB... i only just found out then...

perhaps consider cross advertising on other trading sites too?

Sold two paddle boards.

Had some scammers / tyre kickers the first time, real pests but once they got the message that I wasn't interested they moved on. Second time was a lot better.

But overall had no problems and good buyers eventually found both times.

We just had a malaysian scammer target a yacht we are selling on seabreeze. we were a wake up to it - see seperate post. Free add? How can you complain about that price

Also trying to sell a boat in buy and sell. I reckon i receive a shonk text every second day asking about it. I almost got sucked in with the first one up until i was asked to send my bank details. I now text back asking them to call if they want more details and never hear from them again. most of the email addresses they give are very similar also which helps with sorting through the cons.

I have sold a couple of things through Seabreeze. It's a little hit and miss but good when it works. I have had things that did not sell but then sold them quickly for a decent price though other outlets.

Laurie doesn't like people to cross promote and he will delete your posts.

i always found the old saying to be true.

boats are fast to buy, slow to sell.

Well i've just been screwed over for the fourth time on this kite i'm trying to sell so i put the following at the bottom of my ad.

Now time for a little RANT!!!! language warning.

-I'm a nice guy. I've been flexible, i've been helpful. but i've been screwed over 4 times and other people have missed out because i held the kite for IDIOTS!!! (not you Steven, Alex)

if you are not capable of making and following through an agreement then do not contact me under any circumstances.

I WOULD RATHER BURN THE f7^%G KITE THAN DEAL WITH ANOTHER COMPLETE f%^$NG TOOL BAG.

(I mentioned steven and alex as they were probably genuine buyers but they missed out due to my patience the other tools.)

I've bought two boards from seabreeze buy and sell and have had nothing but a great experience!
It's probably due to the dudes I bought the gear off but I definately rate it as a service!

Laurie, just emailed you to stop letting f&^%wits hijack my gear sales so that it can be available for genuine and interested buyers.

Mark Australia, understood. I have nothing to say to that

In my experience the opposite is true , very hard to find the right boat to buy.

and people bashing the door down to buy the TS I had for sale. may be it was to cheap
