why is it necessary to know yesterdays weather report, when it is tomorrows weather report i need. I am new to this site. Am i looking in the wrong place.

yep .Just got smashed by a severe storm .Could see it coming with my eyes and during the weather report on TV tonight you could see severe storm cells moving down the valley on the TV radar yet no mention of the storm in the news weather report or the ticker tape warning that usually shows up .Ah Easter sunday .Some things in Australia never change .
