switch computer on and go straight to seabreeze general discussion,
make cup of mild coffee with honey,
lie on carpet [naked] check threads,
play fav snow patrol song once or twice quite loud on stereo,
get changed, ready for the world.
Damn that is funny... When you say check threads, do you mean the clothes you are considering wearing. I think they look great with a tin foil hat!
Naked! is that face down on the carpet..
if I had one of those 
..it would go nowhere near carpet..
I have had carpet burns on my knees..
That was bad enough 
I have been attending Hot Power Yoga for the past 4 weeks at 6.15am. Entails a quick ferry trip and then 1 1/4 hours of suffering for the past 56 years of sin.

I usually rub one out and go back to bed...
seabreeze don't kick in till after lunch what the hell do I have to be up for...?
I usually wake up,rub my bloodshot eyes to clear my vision,
Then try and work out where I am,how did I get here
And I hope none of my mates saw me leave the pub with what ever that is asleep beside me.

Found my coat and grabbed my hat
Made the bus in seconds flat
Found my way upstairs and had a smoke
And somebody spoke and I went into a dream
listen to the early morning bird calls as i descend from slumber
drag myself outa the swag and walk 25 meters. for #1 pee
while doing so [no hands] take long, long look around horizon
kick the billy in the guts, and produce 1st cuppa java, sip it down
sort cleanest undies and step in [add deodorant] dress to the left.
dress to impress........ camouflage, or Jacky Howyle ?? Check the
mechanics of the zinnger frame, then sit in a cane chair in a sunny
warm fuzzy place, and give the nurses whatfor....Ho,hum..
