I have used the seabreeze site and its good.
One thing that puzzles me and others though is that the winds in the graphs show light winds as red and strong winds as green. I and others I know get confused with that as I would have thought it would be other way round.

Its that way round coz Seabreeze was primarily setup for the benefit of kitesurfers and windsurfers.

Most participants of these sports prefer windy days to calm days, thus the default setting for the arrows are the stronger winds are represented with green arrows and lighter winds are represented by red arrows, mainly coz they suck.

At a certain remote camp site the graphs are printed out with red arrows being windy.
It sucks because walking up to the notice board all you see first is red and the whole reason for being there is to windsurf

Yeah, that's right, but usually they are way off the mark.

Not as much spelling, as correct punctuation!

Go and have a chat with busterwa, start your own site and see how you go

You both seem to think this stuff is cut and dry.

all you really knowledgeable blokes, let us run and present your forecasts here in.....

remember you need time , place and forecast [ do not confuse with foreplay]

with everything, they are a guide only and therefore a compromise, what suits your

requirements will not appease thousands of others. Best thing to do is accept the

weather as is for where you are at the time. If you are a keen and learned outdoor

sports type, the weather will only influence your choice of location for enjoyment.

I find i get real enjoyment, in a large bed with good music and a friend or two.

Bugger the weather, don't let it beat you
