Respect and admiration, not only for the girl, but also the people helping her.

Great stuff.

Never really much to complain about here.

I've seen a guy with only 1 leg KiteSurf, that was impressive in itself. This is taking it to another level!

I used to teach scuba diving to paraplegics, and ever since I've been amazed at what can be accomplished by spirit and determination...

I'm currently teaching a guy with a glass eye.

He's a member here on SB and full respect to him.

very impressive! I wonder how they are going to achieve it to actually have her stand on a board. you reckon they'll have a custom board that you can sit on?

Love these sort of stories.
Saw a guy skiing once with just 2 stumps for legs. Amputation above mid thigh
He was rocking, absolutely killing it, and I swear the happiest smile on the mountain.

We have brochures here in the shop for the:
"Disabled Surfers Assoc of WA"

The guy who dropped them in looked like a Hells Angel on a Harley type bike - with only one leg.
TOTAL RESPECT

Makes me pull my head in a bit when I consider how much I whinge about the lack of wind, as if that's something to be down about. Hat's off, Be grateful.

This is awesome. If my legs didn't work i'd get rid of them so I can boost higher while doing 15km bodydragging downwinders!. There is still fun to be had when it seems like all is lost, very inspiring.

We are not the heros but it is Jen who is the hero. She knows the dangers of this sport but has know prob. We just have to teach her more slowly and we have taught her to be the fastest draw in town on the QR lol

there is no doubt about her courage.
however, there are very few people willing to think outside the box and find ways to help someone with such incredible ambitions. tis a rare bird that has that kind of patience. the rewards for that kind of attitude will speak for itself. you and your group are the kind of people I love to meet in my travels. i tip my next Guiness to you all!

You have just made my night. I was sitting at home feeling sorry for myself due to some man-flu, hoping to get better for our big kiting weekend season opener here in SE Queensland.

I have just made the decision to go on our weekend camp / kite adventure flu or no flu.

This lady really is an inspiration to all of us.

Hats off to her team of friends who clearly share a passion for everything that is good about this sport. I'm always amazed at how the kite surfing community are willing to help each other.

Keep it up- I can't wait for the next video - I have no doubt that she will achieve great things.... She's already a legend in my mind.

Santa had a blind reindeer, called him no idea. (no eye deer, for the dummies)

Respect.

No idea had a brother who couldn't walk, his name was still no idea.(if you don't get that one, how can you read?)

Respect.

Mate of mine with no legs and no arms used to like lying in a pile of leaves, his name was Russell

Respect.

Another chap with the same affliction used to like being in the water, his name was Bob,

Respect.

Bring on the red thumbs, I respect that.
