A guy is selling his Advance Kondor 9m 2009. He said that it is in a good condition and he started to kitesurf with that kite. I was wondering wether or not a kondor is a good kite to start with? I have a very tight budget and this kite come with harness bars and pumps for about $400.
Looking forward to hear from you soon regarding suitability. oh and also is a 2008 Airush Switch board 138 cm suitable for me?

ADVANCE are known for their paragliders but the kites haven't quite made it to OZ, they seem to be fairly pupular around Switzerland/Italy. Try posting it on kiteforum.com, you'll probably get more answers.

You won't get support for this kite in oz, it's very rare here...
I don't know man, no support, no knowledge I wouldn't go there. Plenty of other second kites out there...
I would hold off. They the ones with the weird shape? There were a few euros riding them in the DR last year and said they were good. I would go for something thats got ok reviews and is more common in oz if I were in your shoes (in case u need spare parts at some stage)
No they aren't the ones with the weird shape.
The Kondor is their C kite so probably not so good for a beginner.
