It is the ATC3K. I have one mounted to a Gath helmet and for a fairly cheap camera($405 delivered with mount attached to helmet) gives about 2hrs of not quite DVD quaility video with a 4gig SD card. Is a good quality option if your looking for a budget camera system.

I had one and they have nothing on the GoPro range of cameras, Aldi ends up with all the crappy products no one wants!!!!
