kite surfing is so dead now tarping is on the rise. three separate drive ways each packed with at least 8 to 12 kids each kid slightly lamer than the last, all tarpsurfing between my house and the shops (10 min walk). about 3 out of 7 blocks.. Man this trend is going to die fast. Catch the fever while its hot benny.

^^ And just like kiting you can have fun building a tent/cubby house with it after.

Too much fun.

Weird allright. I'm a Northern boy but have been working in Sydney over Winter. Plenty of kiting here but bloody freezing. So much for Global Warming.
Been getting some good sessions at Wanda Beach and Wollongong.Had an unreal sess the other day at Wanda Beach. Massive surf after big front came through. Locals said biggest waves in years. Too bad Mr Fixit wasn't there with his trusty camera for some action shots. I met him at Kurnell one day . He certainly is an interesting fellow. Can't wait for Summer and I'll be back in God's own.

Theres me writing several weeks ago if anyone goes out over 35 knots but nothing ever happened. Have only been out twice since end of season and usaully get a session in every 2 weeks in winter. Looks to be something on the horizon for WA.
