Yup I'm new to all this...never kite surfed before and only done a bit of surfing...yeah what have I been missing. OK, do you guys know if they are any kite surfing lessons in NE Vic?
I'm based in Wodonga and the Hume Weir is as full as and I would like to make the most fo this since I'm not near a beach.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Hey mate, if you are new to the sport, definitely get some lessons before heading out. There have been any number of guys buying gear of ebay and just heading out, and having to get their stuff cut out of trees. Seriously, get lessons. From Wadonga, probably best to come down to Melbourne - there are loads of schools that offer lessons. After you have a level of confidence, then head out onto the lakes/weirs.
