Looked at these Alaia blanks last year and now I see Naish are bringing one out this year- cheap and easy to shape, but has anyone tried one with a kite ? What shapes, length, width ? Any thoughts would be cool...
yep slidey as hell but loads of fun . if you don't ride strapless i would recomend that you learn on something else first though . goes up wind really easy be excelent for those lighter wind days
Hey Strez- thanks for the response, been reading up on them but I want to know how long to make it and how wide is going to work . Can you compare them to anything else ? I have a Firewire, a Kipuna and just sold my Nobile skim but have ridden most stuff
Yeah tried the Airush skim- Doolz has one, fairly similar to the Nobile skim but just a little skatier. I am ordering some blanks from one of the paulownia websites and think i'll probably make it about 6' by 18"- any thoughts on size or shape ?
