Hi everybody,
After my first trip out with my kite today outside lessons I realised it's probably a good time to apologise in advance to anybody kiting at Pinnaroo point or maybe some of the other spots around Perth!
I've got my third lesson tomorrow and will be keen to practice at every possible chance!
Body dragging today was a bit daunting with all the other kiters around (big thank you to Russell for helping n teaching my wife to launch/land!)
So guys if you see me splashing around Pinnaroo please be patient with me as I'm still very green! I welcome any tips/ constructive criticism you can offer too! (I'm on 2013 north evo blue+green 12m with green xrider tt board)
I've been told there's a really good beach for beginners practising around penguin island? Can anybody share any info/views on this or any other spots to practice or should I stick to Pinnaroo?

Safety Bay, on the outside of the pond, is good. Bit of a drive but can definitely be worth it.

A bit? :)
If a guy lives in Clarkson might be better off going to Lancelin :)
Pinnas fine for learning, and ppl will help you which I've found is important.
Pinaroo point, Melville and safety bay are excellent places to learn. Very safe, lots of instructors, kite launchers, rescue boats etc. Have fun.
