Whats the go here, river inlet i imagine ? ... safe and what experiance would one need ?

Flat water in the river, waves @ the beach and friendly locals who like a chat 
Take a jumper for night though 
Really nice spot!! Go on the river if you want flat water.
Kited there yesterday...
Go closer to the river outlet for less gusty wind.
The river is not really wide at some point and the wind is completely offshore. So not the best for beginners.
