Can anyone advise whether the Slingshot T3 Turbo - 11 metre
is a good kite for beginners who know the basics only? For use in Coffs Harbour, NSW.
Also, is $400 good for a 2008/9 with no bar
yeh they're a good learners kite, 11 metre is a good kite for the lighter stuff. I'm always one of the first out with my 11m in the light stuff (82kgs).

You'll spend big dollar buying a bar so always get something complete. A brand like griffin retail cheap so buying one second hand you should be able to yet 2010 really cheap too.

Heavy bar pressure but thats an advantage too when ur learning.
$400 is VG with no bar but remember when ur dealing that its not as easy to sell a kite as kite only!! 
In great condition (SH kites arent worth buying if they are not 'great' condition) seller could probably get $700 with bar.

my mate is trying to sell his 08/09 11 metre slingshot T3 complete (kite/bar/bag/leash) at last fly it didnt have a leaks or problems
he only wants $500 for it.
if ya want ill give him a bell.
