I was there last week. It really is paradise. The water is so clear I could see the bottom in over 100 feet from our fishing boat. Wind was 20-25knts in the arvos

I've got no idea - I would guess they are made to work on any bar, and Ben chooses to use the SS bar's because that's what he's used to? He's also seen on a different bar, one with the left side all red...
