Adobe Premiere Pro is about as good as it gets, and is what i use for my editing.
Final Cut Pro would be the option if you were a Mac-head.
wrong forum mate.
try typing that question into your google search box, you will get loads more hits.
you trust this forum?? ha ha! everyone is either frustrated and anxty, hence taking the p*ss and insulting you, or they are delirious from over strenuos wind activities and are likely to give you hair brained lucid advice that also cant be trusted!!!!!

Adobe premier is good for cutting and editing clips and some effects, but if your just editing to make it look better and do after imaging after effects would suit you better, also there a ton of plug ins you can use

Cyberlink Power director 8 is very user friendly and got the best rating in the home editing shootout..
I like pinical studio 11 plus.
but havent tried any others to compare except quick time pro,,which I didnt like.
Im a hack, just found studio 11 plus easy to use.
if you're a beginner to editing then avoid premier pro, its too difficult for a novice. Try Premier Elements which is a lighter version.
I have tried a few and can never get it going.
Too complex for me.
Now I use Windows movie maker, it is already on your pc, it is free,it is simple.
Can't go wrong.
Definately not very advance but you can just drag and drop, music, pictures, add effects...![]()
