A big thank you to Jason at West Oz kiteboarding. I had a fault with my Ozone leading edge bladder and my local dealer offered no support as it was not purchased from them even though it was a manufacturers fault.
I rang Jason on Christmas Eve (not the best time as it is one of their busiest times) but he immediately rang Ozone and had the replacement sent that day.
Jason had no monetary gain or any allegiances to me but obviously realises the importance of customer service.
Safety Bay may seem a bit far to drive for people in Perth but for that sort of service it will now be my first port of call. Thanks once again.

+1 jason('sother half) handed over a set of shiny screws with little plate teeth thingys of which you need just the right ones, after i bought used bindings and then promptly lost the vital little piece cos of hurried setting up and not tightening adequately. thumbs up for 'more than expected' after sales service.

Bought an ex-demo kite from Jason.... 1st time out.. blew LE bladder.
Gave him a call to get a new bladder.. Jason suggested either mail it up to me or he will fit it at his place.
Went to his place , we fitted it, had a beer and he didn't charge me for it....
Im buying my next kite from Him.
