Anyone been to Boracay to kite? Mate is going over on Monday and I said I would post for advice.
The northeast monsoon winds should have kicked in by now. The main kiting area is on Bulabog Beach which is on the opposite side of the island from the main beach. It can get very crowded on Bulabog so everyone helps each other to launch and land and all that sort of stuff. It's a pretty well-established site with about a half dozen kite schools so your mate shouldn't have a problem asking around. San Miguel Beer.... AHHHHHH
