I'm thinking it needs a bit more development before it becomes.... fun.
currently looks a bit pathetic.
if they have to wear what almost looks like a welders mit to protect their hands I cant imagine those brushes being too kind on the rest of the bodys skin.
next..
Well I'm pro Brush boarding.
Initially I was deeply disapointed when no one fell off face first into brushes, I realised that this would create a 12 hour shifts supply of youtube "Brush boarding fail" viewing happiness joy for all at a later date.
they obviously haven't seen what greg webber has been up to in his spare time >>>

i've ridden down an esculator on my mountain bike several times.

as for the gonad and eyeball tearing of this brush boarding.... i'll stick to me actuall waves.
had a couple of days worth on the weekend. good times.
English guys love inventing this sort of stuff - classic case in point - dendrix/carpet ski/board dry slopes... I love a good snowboarding session but there is no way you can convince me to give that a go...
They have also invented a ski "tread mill" that is like an wide inclined treadmill with a dendrix conveyor - apparently good for coaching as the instructor can stand next to you and fix your technique.
Add to this - a beach towel with a surf board and footprints on it so you can practice your "pop up" in the loungeroom...
