Just curious to know if anyone has had any dealings with the factory in terms of warranty/repairs? My board gave up the ghost after third session.. I've e-mailed them but still waiting reply?
Id try the shop you purchased it from rather than the factory... At least then you might be able to get hold of a demo board untill they sort yours out...

This sounds very strange. If the board was purchased new and had no prior damage it will be replaced. I have PM you to find out more detail.
For a fast response no matter what brand always contact the shop that sold the product to you first, they normally are able to help out straight away and more than likely loan you a replacement product until the issue is sorted.
