The question is, does the office have wireless and can you get onto it on your iphone? Then you could say it was blocked on your iphone as well, as long as the work block was on its internet gateway and not the workstations themselves...
school blocked it(seabreeze). yet i try to get into it every chance it get only to be disappointed
