Came as a surprise to me, the guy whos probably given more of his private time to kitsurfing in WA than anyone else. Is behind the counter now.

Good luck to you mate.

PS, did find it in the news section, but how about making some proper news out of this, Phil Morrow deserves it

Popped in for a visit the other day and was greeted by friendly faces and chat. I was offered a coffee and stayed a while just shooing the ****. Choicey was there, he is very much alive. No pressure to buy anything and was offered several demo boards. Now that the wind is back I can take advantage.

Stop by and check it out.

AAGGHHHH NO HE WASNT and ISNT and NEVER will be.
Alive somewhere? maybe but Graeme definitely has NOTHING to do with the new shop.
Choice Kitesurfing shut its doors - never to be resurrected - over 3 months ago.
Woodys - Kite Surf & SUP (no relation whatsoever) opened 1/1/11 in the same premises at the request of Best & Slingshot who wanted to reassure all their riders in Perth that, while their largest retailer may have folded, they are still actively 100% behind their product.

Love you all to stop by and check out the very rushed opening of our 'work in progress'.
The school is open & new stock is arriving daily now the silly seasons over.
We will be looking and acting like a real kiteshop any day now.

And not to confuse things with that clarifying statement above ....
Thanks heaps to Ray (especially) & other posters wishing us well. The support and good-will of the more than 300 heads we have already had through the door (without any new stock in and not having put out one ad or flier anywhere) has been overwhelming. My undying faith that the kiting community of WA/Aust is the best crowd ever to mix with has been validated yet again.
Awesome-est sport & awesome-est crew imaginable.

For sure - call in any time but please realise that whilst you may notice some changes already we are most definitely a premature 'work in progress'.
But certainly hoping to impress everyone - 'in the fullness of time'

For now at least I am most definitely winning every day (check the avatar)
Seems every bit like living the dream
- just hope it doesnt turn into a nightmare

AAGGHHHHHH. That was entirely my mistake. I suppose I was confused. The only person I had ever met at the old shop was Dave so I assumed he was the owner. Sorry for the confusion. My apologies.

Well as a newbie i brought my training kite through choice and was dissapointed when found out they closed as i was going to get my lessons through them, however since posting here I have faith that Puppet will rock the kite world dramatically and ahilst i have not personnaly met him yet he has offered me some good advice:0) I have just attended my first WACK event today and spent a good few hours with Kristin Boese at Mullaloo who also gave me some great advice.....cant wait to hit the water:0)
