Anybody tried screen printing or hand colouring a kite.
The young bloke wants to brighten up a few white panels but according to the local printer Dacron can only be coloured during the manufacturing process.
You'd think there was a suitable ink around.
Anyone had a go???

Ive spray painted a kite - LOL - It rubs off and is real ghetto but is good for a photo shoot.

permanent markers work great. you just need heaps of them and enough time to colour it all in.

Two ways to look at it:

- if he's artistically inclined then he could use permanent markers and do a tribal tattoo/graffiti tag look.

Alternatively, if he's just a kid that doesn't like the colour of his kite, give him a slap around the ears and tell to get out and go kiting. He's lucky to have a kite and be able to go kitesurfing.

There is a lot of kites that have very gay colours , shop you could buy one of those.

Have you heard of cabrhina?
