Wonder how much trouble the owner would of been in breaking this scumbags legs!
For 3 widows broken with a brick on our rental car in Broome - $100 fine.
$1400 taken from us on a spot for replacement (from the pre swiped Visa card).
The Court ordered him to repay - over 24 months...Nice.
No one asked us if we want to repay over 24 months. I couldn't even sue him - wasn't the owner of the vehicle. Eventually, like climbing Mt Everest, we've done it.
What a joke...
P.S. Insurance? Even a bigger joke...
