New to Sydney and went down to Dolls Point today around 10:30am and no one was kiting. Wind seemed to be 20-25 knots and the tide was going towards the airport. I chose not to go out as I only had my 10M and needed a 7 or 8 to go out + no one else was out kiting. Wind conditions seemed alright at the time, not too gusty.

Why was no one kiting? tide? late sleepers? forecast was going to be too gusty?

Went out to check dolls point today too. There was nobody there around 4pm. I headed back up to 1st groyne at brighton and there was about 8 kiters out. Dunno why nobody was at dolls.. It gets pretty choppy there so maybe that's why.

It was a crummy day today too so that probably added to the lack of kiters

Dolls is usually super gusty and bumpy in a southerly, not a lot out today anywhere, the wind was too strong for most peoples gear I guess?
Got some good pics of Leo Loro at Wanda, here
