Correct me if I'm wrong but looks very familiar on Ebay. Once again we have 5 new kites going off in 2 days time seconds apart from a seller without any previous record. Has Mr Xue Wang moved his business to Sydney? Perhaps one could meet him personally and collect your kite.
I contacted Ebay and they have removed his listings. Just in case someone unfamiliar with his character actually sends him money.
