I'd change the question to say:

1. Fastest turning C kite

or

2. Fastest turning high depower kite.

Even the slow c kites will be faster than most bow kites.

The BWS 8m is roughly the same as other brand's 9m.

I have a BWS 8m and wouldn't say it's the fastest turning in the market. I don't think it's designed to be. Slingshot Rally looks really fast turning though I've never flown one.

Mostly anything with wide square wingtips.

The bigger the rudder, the quicker the turn!

I have a NEW OS 7m and a Fluid Ego 9m, which are both fast turners.

I would think these kites would also be:

1. Naish Park
2.Switch Element
3. RRD Religion
4. Naish Torch

There are different types of turn.

First there is pivotal turning at which Delta shape kites excel.

Then there is arc turning that C kites are best at. The lower the aspect and the bigger the tips the more they turn. Most advanced riders would prefer arc turns for zinging into that jump or bottom turn, rather than the power switch-off of the pivot.

For giving me that 'zing' around tthe corners my new RRD religion 9m really gets my adrenaline pumping.

i would say the Naish park, they describe the turning speed as "silly turning speed" after riding one i have to agree!

Speed isn't necessarily everything if the kite stops pulling through the turn.

Why do you ask?

C kite like a torch is probably one of the quickest .

I got one of these things ,they turn really fast , when they loop they generate a stupid amount of power

In all seriousness though, why do people fly these kites?
I saw a dude last month flying one and it would've been twice the size of all the other inflatable leading edge kites.
Man was the thing slow.
And when he crashed it, the kite just turned into a pile of soggy material in the water.
Decent kites are so cheap, so why muck around with one of these old dinosaurs?
