Hi everyone

Does anyone have decent information on kitesurfung conditions, places to stay etc in Fiji for August September. I am heading out there for a wedding. I know to avoid Safari Lodge but don't really have any other info.

Thanks in advance.

That's a bit rough? Don't know if I would rule it out. Specifically geared for windsports. Plenty of good reports to negate the few venomous bad ones that seem to have had their own agenda...

Not saying all the bad reviews weren't legit though, but don't believe all you read :-)

Have never been there myself but have stayed at some places with negative reviews and have had a great time.

Remeber a lot of people have their own agenda when providing information. i.e. you always make money in the stock market (stock-brokers get commission), property prices always rise (big bucks to be had by government/real estate agents when a house is bought). Hotel XXX is SH%T, Hotel YYY is much better.

+1 for a great time at Safari Lodge.
Great set up, awesome down winders. Friendly people and delicious food.

Here's a "Medium" length down winder (45Km excluding the boat ride)

A week in the middle of winter is fantastic.
