Hey Folks
Heading up this way possibly this weekend. Where are the best places to head out and or any specific local issues I need to be aware of?
I have heard Old bar is a good spot but probably wont be able to get a pass to drive any further once were there:)
Also looking for a decent lodge/motel or possibly campsite if anyone has recommendations

I had a ball up at Port Macquarie North Shore for some surf. A good open line up with no swimmers, or any hassle. If you have a 4wd you can go on the beach as well. Catch the ferry over for about 2 bucks about 5 minutes out of town.
Everyone rates Old Bar too.
Cant help you with Hotels. Although there would be some web site that'll fix that.
