Now that the onshore's are all but gone was wondering if there was anywhere in oz(NSW better) that it is done?I've always wanted to try it as I grow up in the bush and love the fresh stuff. So sorry if this is a dumb question but I don't get around much to talk to other kiters.
Any info whould be sweet.

THANKS

squids is hardly the central coast, But you'd better check it out anyhow....and take all your friends...I know the SS guys would be very happy to share that place.

I bumped into a guy from muswellbrook the other day and he was telling me about kiting on lake liddell .Doable but gusty .(I reckon if you could get around a bit more to the SE side the wind wopuld be smoother) .This gets the valley westerlies and the water is warm all year around and fresh

Make sure there is as much water between you and where the wind is coming from. Its more choppy but way less gusty.
